Four end-of-semester concerts at Finger Lakes Community College will highlight the musical talents of its students.
All performances will begin at 7 p.m. in room B355 on the third floor of FLCC’s main building, 3325 Marvin Sands Drive in Canandaigua. They are free and open to the public.
April 26: The Honors Recital will feature performances by FLCC’s top student musicians. Participants are nominated by their instructors and audition before a panel of music faculty members.
May 7 and May 8: Jazz concerts will spotlight different student ensembles each evening as they perform a spectrum of jazz music.
May 10: Composers Forum will provide an outlet for FLCC students, faculty, alumni and community members to present their original musical inspirations during this 90-minute recital.
