Real estate continuing education at FLCC

Finger Lakes Community College will offer two continuing education courses for real estate agents between April and June at its Victor and Geneva campus centers. The classes are as follows:

Buyers’ Agent Value to Real Estate Industry: A 10-hour class in which participants receive a comprehensive, step-by-step manual to share with clients covering mortgage basics, the home search process, purchasing know-how, what to expect at closing, assessment tools and other topics. The cost is $150. This course will be offered twice as follows:

Tuesday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 13, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the FLCC Victor Campus Center, 200 Victor Heights Parkway, off Route 251.
Thursday, May 19, and Friday, May 20, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the FLCC Geneva Campus Center, 63 Pulteney St., Geneva

Exclusive Buyers Agent: This 22.5-hour class will include the following concepts: buyer’s agent strategies, code of ethics, mortgage information, building information and new construction. The cost is $225. The schedule is Monday, June 13; Wednesday, June 15; and Friday, June 17, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the FLCC Geneva Campus Center, 63 Pulteney St.
